The best way to stay accountable to your goals is to have someone else keep you motivated! Workout with me in the comfort of your own home, apartment gym, outside, etc.
I create your specific & progressive program and guide you through your workout while giving cues & feedback throughout; all via Zoom or Facetime.
Online training is less expensive than in-person & you get (almost) all of the same benefits.
