The Perfect Blend

We have learned over the years through many studies that the benefits of strength training are endless; we burn more fat when we lift weights, we increase bone density & increasing muscle mass gives us that "lean look" that everyone strives for. Long story short, strength training should be the foundation of our exercise regime. With a couple additions sprinkled into the mix, we can continue to keep our bodies strong, healthy & lean; all while ENJOYING our workouts, which is the most important part-- am I right?!
